Experts Say Drinking Water Doesn’t Help You Lose Weight – But It DOES Help Hemorrhoids!
A British nutrition specialist says that the old adage of drinking 8 glasses of water a day is not necessary to lose weight, and in fact doesn’t even help you.
This is something I have always suspected though, because it seems like one of those things that you “should” do just because you should.
But drinking water for hemorrhoids is very effective, so if you suffer with painful hemorrhoids keep reading to find out how water can be your friend.
We know that water is great for our body, so drinking plenty of it is always going to make our overall health better, but as a dietary aid it just doesn’t do very much I’m afraid. The idea behind the theory is that simply drinking a lot of water is not really a good “diet” to be involved with in the first place.
The liquids that we consume for our health should come naturally in the form of vegetable and fruit juices ingested as part of a healthy eating habit. When we eat this way, we naturally lose weight so the excess water is not needed.
When asked to elaborate on some of the specifics of his findings, he explained as follows in the article:
This makes total sense too. I think a lot of people assume that gulping down a bunch of water and then not changing some of their other habits will make them magically skinny. When it fails to work, most people will simply give up and go back to their old habits.
And gain the weight back.
While drinking 100 ounces of water each day may not make you lose weight if that’s all of the “dieting” you intend to do, don’t assume that you don’t need the life-giving nectar. Our bodies are made up almost entirely of water, so we definitely need to have it to live healthy lives.
Water For Hemorrhoids:
It is important that if you suffer with burning, itchy hemorrhoids that are making you miserable, drinking plenty of water is going to be your saving grace. The last thing you want when you have a problem is to have more of a tough time getting things done back there.
Just like you would imagine, water makes your stools stay nice and soft so they pass through your colon undisturbed and easily. If you have ever suffered with painful piles (hemorrhoids) you definitely know that whenever you can have something easy in regards to using the bathroom, it is very welcomed.
The best thing you can do for a hemorrhoid condition is to try to get to the root of the problem. Drinking plenty of water will help you get a handle on hemorrhoids so that in the long-run you can hopefully say goodbye to the painful and itchy guests.
